• All deposits are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise stated;

lptbet may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins and other incentive programmes. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each User is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once per household, device and IP address;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated period. Uncompleted bonus funds will expire at the end of this period;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are detailed in individual promotion terms;
• Maximum bet amounts while a bonus is active may be restricted. Exceeding these limits may result in bonus cancellation;

Sports betting through lptbet is governed by the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may supplement these provisions and are displayed alongside the relevant markets at the time of bet placement.

• All bets are placed at the User's own discretion. Once confirmed, a bet is final and cannot be amended or cancelled except where lptbet's platform rules expressly permit;
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to your wager are those displayed at the moment of confirmed acceptance;
• In-play ("live") betting markets operate under real-time conditions. Network latency may affect the timing of bet placement; lptbet reserves the right to void bets placed after the relevant event conclusion;
• Mix Parlay and accumulator bets require all selections to win for full payout. Rules regarding postponed, abandoned or void selections within a parlay are detailed in the sport-specific terms;
• lptbet covers markets across football (including EPL and Liga Super Malaysia fixtures), basketball, tennis, UFC and other combat sports, and selected regional events popular among Malaysian bettors.

The following provisions govern participation in casino table games, live dealer games and slot machine titles available through the lptbet platform:

• All casino and slot outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures operated by licensed third-party studios;
• Published RTP values are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session or within any defined number of rounds;
• Malfunctions — whether software, hardware or communication-related — void all associated plays and any purported payouts arising from such malfunctions;
• Game histories and transaction logs maintained by lptbet's systems constitute the definitive record of all outcomes in the event of a dispute;
• Access to certain games may be restricted based on geographic location, active bonuses or account verification status.

The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether individually or in coordination with others;

• Modification, translation or creation of derivative works based on Platform content;

If you believe that a bet outcome, transaction, account decision or other Platform action has been handled incorrectly, please follow the process below:

1. Internal Complaint: Submit a written complaint to lptbet Customer Support within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. Include your Account username, the transaction or event reference, and a clear description of your concern;
2. Review Period: lptbet will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case you will be notified;
3. Escalation: If the internal resolution is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the matter through the regulatory or alternative dispute resolution channel specified in your account terms;
4. Records: All game logs, transaction records and system data held by lptbet shall be treated as prima facie evidence of the facts they record in any dispute proceeding.

lptbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a proposed change is material — for example, a change to payment terms, bonus rules, or dispute procedures — lptbet will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform or registered email address prior to the change taking effect.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or updates to reflect regulatory developments — may take effect without advance notice.

The date of the most recent review is stated at the top of the legal document section. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
